All prospective purchasers are required to attend a Homebuyer Orientation Workshop & a 1:1 counseling session prior to attendance of an accelerated homebuyer education workshop.

ONLY AFTER YOU COMPLETE A HOMEBUYER ORIENTATION WORKSHOP.
