Fair and affordable housing developments are developments which have been funded by government programs through the federal government, New York State, Westchester County and local municipalities. From time to time units in these fair and affordable housing developments become available and are placed on the market at their restricted affordable “maximum resale prices” to be resold to potential first-time homebuyers.
To purchase one of these units you must qualify based on the specified income and affordability restrictions as stipulated in the “Declaration of Restrictive Covenant”.
