NOTICE OF CLOSURESeptember 28, 2006 Westchester Residential Opportunities, Inc. (WRO) has closed its Yonkers office at 45 Ludlow Street effective immediately. Staff is being reassigned to WRO’s Mount Vernon Homeownership Center at the Armory Building, 144 North Fifth Avenue.
